META FIT

Type of workout: Aerobic/Cardio

Metafit is the original metabolic group HIIT workout. It adopts the use of body-weight exercise in a variety of choreographed formats. Metafit is extremely challenging. However, our instructors are all trained in delivering the workout in such a way that it is possible for everyone.

KETTLE FIT

Type of Workout: Aerobic/Cardio/Hiit

Kettle-Fit has been specially designed to challenge each participant by ensuring that a weight is used in a way that maximises results. By adding body weight exercises into the design of the workout, those taking part are challenged to the maximum. A popular choice among members at Revolution Fitness.

BARBELL FIT

Type of workout: Resistance/Cardio/HIIT

Participants are encouraged to select their own weight of barbell where they use various compound moves alongside body weight exercises and periods of cardio to ensure a combination of strength and fitness is increased. This class is excellent for observing your growing fitness as you are able to gradually increase the weight of barbell you choose. The class duration is kept under 30 minutes, this doesn’t make it any less challenging.

CIRCUITS

Type of work: Resistance/Cardio

Instructors specially design a number of stations which target the whole body. The stations will be a mix of weights, static holds and body weight exercises and are used in a timely way so that each participant makes the very most of the class. We find new ways to keep alter stations so that each class is different.

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS

Type of workout: Cardio/Dance

Our LBT Class is a firm favourite with our members. It is a fun, energetic class designed to target all the spots that many of us find troublesome. The class lasts only 20-25 minutes and ensures you have a great, but challenging, workout!

ARMS & ABS

Type of class: Resistance/Aerobic

Arms & Abs is a 30 minute class designed to work and tone all areas of the arms and your core area. The class is very popular and enjoyed by those who attend. The class is a great one to participate in if you want to build strength. The weights used can be altered as your strength increases!

BOX-FIT

Type of workout: HIIT/Conditioning

Box-Fit is a challenging class that combines boxing techniques with body conditioning exercises to make you work up a sweat and challenge all muscle groups. This is an engaging class where you will work closely with the instructor and be pushed to your limits!

GET GLUTES

Type of workout: Resistance/Aerobic

Most gym members are chasing those strong glute muscles – at Revolution Fitness we have designed the ultimate glute-building class. Get Glutes is packed with a range of exercises, using a mixture or weights and resistance bands to help build the 3 main areas of the glutes. This is a class that is loved by all. You will see and feel the effects of Get Glutes after your first class, then you’ll be hooked!
