David has a vast history in the fitness industry starting from his football career where he played in the SPL with Hibs before moving onto Albion Rovers. At 21 David gave up his football career to focus on his business, he opened a gym in partnership and ran it for 2 and a half years before selling his share to open his own gym that he has full ownership of. David is a personal trainer and he has a great track record of getting his clients great results and transformations. David is a fully committed individual in both his business and fitness lifestyle.

FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

Claire is a primary school teacher who has always had a passion for fitness. After attending various fitness classes over the years she decided to study for her Level 2 Fitness Qualification. She now takes a range of fitness classes in the gym to help members achieve their fitness goals.

Heather is a second year University student studying Sport and Recreation Management, she has been involved in sport from a young age and from attending the gym, classes and being cautious of her diet found her passion for health and fitness. Heather enjoys taking classes, educating others and helping them achieve their goals through personal training at Revolution Fitness.

JohnPaul joined the gym as a member in 2017 on his own weight loss journey, since then he has joined Revolution Fitness as a full time staff member helping others achieve the very best results possible through personal training. “The best thing about this job is knowing I’m helping someone be the very best they can be in an outside the gym”
